PRICING

PAYMENTS
We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PAYPAL through online ordering.
We also accept Checks and Money Orders through mail or in-person for local pick-up.  Contact us at info@bronsencompany.com to coordinate the order.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Courier may vary depending on order size and destination.  If you have any specific requests, such as rush shipping or specific carrier of choice, please contact us at info@bronsencompany.com

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be charged additional customs fees or taxes upon entering your country. These additional fees ARE NOT included in the final checkout price. Any and all duties, tariffs, or taxes are the sole responsibility of customers outside of the United States. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information.

REVISIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
Accepted within 24 hours after order has been placed

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Please contact us at info@bronsencompany.com within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange your return or exchange.  Only approved returns or exchanges will be processed.  We can only accept returns or exchange of items in new and undamaged condition within 30 days of delivery.  The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  All items should be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during return transit.  We cannot accept the return of damaged items.  There is a 15% restocking fee assessed to every item returned.

PRODUCT INFO
Each product is a handmade item; any variation amongst items is the result of their handmade nature and cannot be avoided and should not be considered a defect.  We feel that this type of hands-on craftsmanship brings a level of originality to each piece.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Open your products immediately.  If a product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days after delivery.
